This paper sets out Amnesty International’s key recommendations for the 24th session of the Assembly of States
Parties to the Rome Statute (‘ASP’) which we urge all states parties to consider and the Assembly to address.
The recommendations focus on the general debate and other topics on the Assembly’s agenda, and we urge
states to reflect the following points in their interventions and participation at the Assembly.
