This submission was prepared for the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of Singapore in April-May 2026. In it, Amnesty International evaluates the implementation of recommendations made to Singapore in its previous review, including in relation to the rights to freedom of expression, peaceful assembly and association and the continued use of the death penalty.
